University Middletown

In the spring of 2019 the merger between American Savings Bank of Middletown and Valley Central Bank gave Valley Central two more locations in Butler County, 4455 Roosevelt Blvd and 701 N. University Blvd in Middletown. We now have 265 years of combined banking experience. The American Savings and Loan was created in the May of 1889 and was named The Germania Building and Loan Association. It’s first location was at 12 North Main Street in Middletown. The Association prospered and after the outbreak of the first World War, the Bank decided to change its name to the American Building and Loan until 1958 where the name then became the American Savings and Loan. The current University branch is a full-service branch that serves Middletown, Franklin, Springboro, Lebanon, Madison, Germantown, Carlisle with a drive thru, ATM, Safe Deposit Boxes, and two conference rooms.  This location is managed by Nikki Rogers.
